Lifting straps are a popular choice for bodybuilders to use when they need an extra boost. With the help of lifting straps, you will lift more weight without risking injury or fatigue in your hands. Lifting straps are also used by powerlifters and weightlifters who want to push their limits while still safe. If you’re looking for a way to get stronger overall, then this is worth trying out.

How to Use Lifting Straps
When using lifting straps, there are a few things to keep in mind. First and foremost, make sure that the straps fit snugly around your wrists – too tight, and they’ll constrict blood flow; too loose, and they could fall off during a lift. You also want to be sure that you use them correctly: loop the strap around the weight you’re lifting, and then wrap it around your hand and fingers. This will help keep the strap in place while you lift.
Slide The Loose End Through The Loop
Now, put the loose end of your lifting strap through a tiny loop on each side. Make sure they are mirrored so that when you hold them in opposite hands, neither will be upside down!
Put Your Hand Through The Strap
Now carefully put your hand through the strap to come out between thumb and index finger. At this point, you should also pull on both ends to make sure they are tight enough for safety reasons!
Wrap The Loose End Around The Bar
The wrist strap is wrapped around the bar, and you are ready for your grip. Place your hand on top of this loose end in a prayer position to set how wide or narrow it will be before adjusting accordingly with knurl markings found at each side near their ends so that it can fit comfortably without being too tight.
Now grab these handles next-door neighbour style (think about where someone might hold onto what’s laying across both shoulders), making sure not to break contact by moving towards either direction while holding securely until instructed otherwise!
Tighten The Strap & Repeat
With one hand on top of the strap, twist it towards you to tighten. Don’t worry about getting this first strap super tight until after securing your other wrist in place with an equally secure grip from both hands; repeat steps 1-3 for each additional arm as needed! This can be tricky because there’s only so much space available, but keep at it little by little, and soon enough, we will have ourselves a full-body harness ready for whatever adventure life has planned today.
Lift & Release
Now you can proceed with your lift, and as long as the straps are in place, they will stay. When finished lifting, make sure not to release pressure from them but rather grip for dear life! The belts should unwrap quickly once released from their resting position on top of each other.
